Job Description:

• Communicating effectively with the patients who had hair transplant surgery at certain time intervals, predominantly over the telephone, email and whats up channel, to take the latest situation photos and to inform the patient as a result of the necessary reviews
• Collecting necessary information about problematic patients and sharing medical team review results with patients, following them up and persuading them about the results.
• In line with the targets, receiving comments from patients and processing them into relevant fields
• Convincing the patients for the 2nd operation who meet the conditions of the 2nd operation from the 9th month after the operation
• Supporting the relevant teams when necessary
• Other tasks given by management.
