Internal Audit Manager

We are looking for a “ Internal Audit Manager ” for our Ateşehir Office (HQ)

Qualifications:

• University graduate (Especially Business Administration, Economics and Industrial Engineering),
• Master degree Accounting, Finance, Law or Audit is a plus,
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an auditor, (Internal audit experience in a manufacturing company and min 2 years team management is a plus)
• Experienced in risk-based audit practices,
• Preferably to have CIA, CISA,CFE, CRMA, SMMM, YMM certificates,
• Fluency in English,
• Good at reporting and MS Office well
• Strong communication & presentation skills,
• Analytical thinking & problem solving,

Job Description:

• To establish an annual audit plan for the Company's targets and strategies,
• To conduct audit activities within the scope of the audit plan and to prepare internal audit reports related to audits,
• To follow the actions taken by the related units according to audit findings,
• To carry out its work in accordance with the principles of impartiality and independence in all audit, investigation and review duties assigned to it,
• Striving for the internal audit activities to be educative in terms of the employees of the audited units,
• To make evaluations and make recommendations in terms of internal audit during the establishment of regulations, procedures and workflows of the holding and affiliated companies,
• To plan ad hoc internal audit requests.
