Erdemir Mühendislik Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. provides the OYAK Mining Metallurgy companies withengineering services and project management services for investment projects covering a wide range of services from planning to implementation within the process starting from feasibility studies and ending with the commissioning of the facility.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• At least 2 years experience of Pressurized Gas and Fluid System Design,
• Good knowledge of Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics,
• Having Knowledge in Fluid Analysis and Piping System Modeling Programs (PDMS, 3D Plant, HydraulicCalculations, Stress Analysis, Pressurized Equipment Design etc.),
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Primavera etc.,
• Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken),
• Analytical Thinking, Planing and Problem Solving Abilities,
• Ability to understand and interpret technical documents,
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, teamwork skills and customer oriented,
• No obstacles for travelling,
• No military service obligation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Project management in piping systems,
• Main and detail engineering works,
• To make studies and cost analyzes for investment projects,
• To find solutions to the needs of the facilities within the scope of piping systems and to carry out the necessary main and detailed engineering works,
• Pressure vessel design and analysis,
• Modeling facility pipe networks, specializing in gas balances and combustion systems and providing improvement studies of these systems,
• To ensure coordination, control/examination of detailed engineering design works (piping systems) within the scope of technological equipment and facility investments,
• Coordination, control/examination of detailed engineering design works (piping systems) within the scope of outsource, including process integration of design services,
• Preparing the technical specifications for the procurement of equipment and materials for piping systems and carrying out the process up to the field integration according to the project scope,
• Preparing the piping systems manufacturing and construction technical specifications and carrying out the process up to on-site integration according to the project scope,
• To prepare building permit or approval projects (natural gas, fire protection, etc.) on behalf of the company.
