QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EREB Global Turkey is an EMPG-backed real estate acquisition portal with site offices in İstanbul, Turkey and Dubai, UAE, which recently started its operations in Turkey.  


EMPG owns and operates bespoke property and verticals in emerging markets, primarily in the Middle East and South Asia. The group’s flagship ventures are Bayut.com in the UAE, Zameen.com in Pakistan, Bproperty.com in Bangladesh and Mubawab.com in Morocco.   


And now, as EREB Global Turkey office, we are hiring Business Development Managers


We are looking for enthusiastic, bilingual (Turkish and English speaking candidates), with a proven track record in sales to be responsible for international real estate sales and marketing in Turkey.Industry experience and people management experience are musts for this role. 


What is expected?

  • People management experience with a hands-on approach

  • Sales coordination of on-going or finished real estate projects

  • Managing the leads and potential clients coming from different channels 

  • Prepare quotations and provide information for the clients 

  • Manage sales pipeline from the very beginning to the final stage 

  • Show leadership to the team composed of Business Development Associates

  • This position reports to the Business Development Director


 

Who is the right fit?

  • Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced sales environment

  • Effective communication and ability to manage challenging situations

  • Sales-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills with solid experiences

  • Pleasant personality with a competitive attitude to succeed in all situations

  • Prior experience in real estate is not a must have, however is an asset

  • At least three years of people management experience

  • Holding a driver licence is a must
