• Strong academic background demonstrating excellent analytical capabilities, degree from a recognized academic institution (BA/BS), 2+ years of e-commerce experience.
• Understanding of web analytics and ability to track each channel with its unique specifications.
• Excellent in project and time management. Also, process focused with an ability to meet expectations.
• 2+ years of hands on e-commerce experience. Multi-channel retail experience is a plus.
• Fluency in e-commerce best practices and technical environment.
• Must have experience in working with e-commerce systems.
• Generalist experience in Content Management and Merchandising Systems, including analysis of e-commerce merchandising and sales performance.
• Experience of project management through platform changes, upgrades, testing and integration of new technology, systems or service providers is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
• Fluency in English
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power point etc.)

İŞ TANIMI

• Minimum 2 years e-commerce experience
• Partner closely with Planning, Marketing, and Merchandising team to maintain and timely execute seasonal marketing and promotional calendars on web sites.
• Online trading background; preferably in online fashion brand
• Content management skills; will be responsible for all product content & website content
• General understanding of e-commerce operational and technical processes
• Digital savvy, strong understanding of how digital channels drive traffic and conversion on site
• Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive
• Good level of reporting skills; focuses on result and gives importance to the details
