JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build cost system with Group & Erensan Cost Principles
• Implement Group processes on Cost Control area
• Calculate the Directs costs of the products manufactured on site (factory)
• Update Bills of materials
• Monitor the KPI after implementing Group Atlantic dashboards and tools
  
• Check the consistency of the reported results with the accounting elements
• Follow the CAPEX and OPEX
• Prepare the Budget and reforecast
• Prepare and manage manufacturing cost reports; selling cost, production cost, operational meeting, scrap report, material variance analysis, tray analysis, expense report, inventory provision

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in costing, accounting or related field
• Progressive in accounting management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial and 5 yearsin costing field
• Resident in Yozgat or could reside in Yozgat
• Strong Analysis, interpersonal and communication skills with solid problems solving skills
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-accounting professionals
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Relational ease to interact with different types of interlocutors, accountants but also non-financial operational, to collect information
• Availability and strong working capacity
• Organizational and planning capacity
• Adaptability to the regular evolution of technologies and standards
• Curiosity and critical thinking for the analysis of figures
• To be persuasive, to be able to make his point of view known to the functional and operational managers
• Ability to work in international business context
