About Us

 

We started our operations on November 5, 2012 as a Türkiye İş Bankası institution. In addition to banking, we serve various sectors such as private pension, insurance, health and tourism, with our more than 2000 employees in Istanbul, Eskişehir and Ankara. With our experienced staff, we offer a wide range of outsourcing call center services such as customer service, telephone sales, persuasion and recovery, information and reminder, consultancy, business process, quality management and training.

 

We aim to meet the needs and expectations of our business partners regarding their solutions with a reliable, permanent and innovative cooperation and ensure that they receive the highest added value.

 

We are waiting for your applications to work as a customer representative who answers calls in English at the Erişim Customer Services, which provides 24/7 inbound and outbound call center services to T. İş Bankası, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, Anadolu Sigorta and different companies.

Who Are We Looking For?

 

o If you are at least an associate / bachelor’s degree graduate or a 3rd and 4th year student of Open Education Faculty,

o If you think you can adapt to flexible working hours,

o If you have served in military or postponed for 1 year,

o If you can speak English very well (having a grade of 5.5 from IELTS, TOEFL; Paper 513/CBT 183/IBT 65 or passing the speaking-weighted English exam made by our company)

o lf you reside in Ankara
