Deputy Logistics Manager to be assigned to our factory serving in the automotive industry.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Qualification:  Engineering/Liberal Arts + MBA(Plus)
• Languange : English will be added advantage
• Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in supply chain domain in manufacturing/engineering industry. Core development experience in Automotive/Tractor parts.
• Contractual framework & basic legal understanding in dealing with suppliers ( Import and Export).
• To have the ability to conduct independent research and to think analytically.
• No domestic or international travel restrictions.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow-up of the final order of the material needs to the suppliers in order for the company to carry out the production plan in a healthy way.
• Procurement of all necessary materials and services to ensure the continuity of production, at the desired time, in the desired quantity, in appropriate packaging.
• To establish and maintain healthy relations with existing sub-industries.
  
• To search for suitable prices and companies according to the agreed delivery methods for overseas sea, land and air transportation.
  
• Monitoring and reporting of customs procedures, Inward Processing Permit, Approved Person Status Certificate and Foreign Trade documents.
  
• Provision of materials requested by the After-Sales Services unit within the scope of spare parts.
