Natural clinic is looking to recruit a talented Medical consultant to join it expert medical team at the hospital in order to facilitate the communication between parties who speak two different languages. Improve the clinical healthcare by examining business practices, and making recommendations for clients and insuring patient satisfaction

We are in search of a "Medical Consultant" to be employed in our medical center located in Istanbul Ataköy-Bakırköy.

Qualifications:

- Ability to communicate verbally between many people

- Convincing skill

- Knowledge about all the operations

- Interpreting medical terms from a foreign knowledge

- Solid understanding of patient need and medical crisis

- Oral and written communication skills

- Interpersonal skills

- Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner

- Operational knowledge of medical terminology, hospital setting and clinical practices

- Minimum 1 year1 of experience as a medical consultant

- Fluent in Turkish, Arabic, English and French

- Sales skills 

- Presentable, taking care of his/her appearance

- Able to adapt to flexible working hours

Main Duties 

• Welcoming all branch customers who come to our center for Hair Transplantation, Aesthetic Surgery and Medical Aesthetic Applications, Dental Treatments and Slimming Treatments, planning and coordinating the treatment processes
• Providing detailed information to customers about treatment processes and promoting the company
• Interpret oral conversations between patients and hospital staff
• Treatment planning, anamnesis, x-ray-analysis results and so on. Ensuring the entry of documents into the CRM system
• Requesting a driver for patient transfers
• Coordinating with the entire team of interpreters
• Coordinating with the nurses and interpreting the information to the patients (mode of use of the drugs, the instructions of the doctor after the operation
• Passing the Status of patients for the night service
• Offering advice for standardizing the delivery of care or ways to increase patient satisfaction.
• Helping clients identify and resolve potential problems
• Stay up to date on the latest developments in his/her area of work
• Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct manager
• Making examination or consultation for the clients
