Sales Operations Specialist

Qualified candidates should possess the following;
- Bachelor degree in engineering (preferably chemical engineering) or chemistry
- Preferably minimum of 2 years experience in sales/ operations activities
- Fluency both in written and verbal English
- Advanced communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strategic planning, coordinating and problem-solving abilities
- An outgoing, analytical and dynamic personality 
- Flexible, co-operative, team worker, result-oriented and self-motivated

Ertek Chemicals is looking for a sales & operations specialist team member to fulfill the following activities;
- Responsible for organizing sales operations, pre and after-sales in a company which manufactures mainly marine cleaning and water treatment chemicals,
- Organizing the deliveries, receiving complaints from the customers and communicating the results to the customer by taking the necessary actions.
- Working as a good solution and result oriented with costumers and business partners,
- Upon receiving customer inquiry, preparing technically and operationally comprehensive offers within the allowable time,
- Following closely the offers, negotiating with costumers on the terms and closing sales,
- Planning the delivery operations, coordinating with the logistic department and following up them in order to deliver the orders to the costumers (generally to the ships) on time and facilitating the coordination for completing all customs clearances on time as well.
- Responsible for all import and export operations for products including expenses, document control, job order to the customs broker, archiving all related documents. 
- Providing technical support and services to costumers or other staff members regarding the usage, operations, and maintenance of the products.
- Reporting all sales/ operations activities to operations director
