System Engineer

We’re looking for a system engineer for wide area surveillance projects

• BS or MS degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer or Aviation Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in the defense and aviation industry.
• Having experience in systems requirement analysis, design, testing and integration of electro optic systems, computer vision systems and image processing.
• Having knowledge on MIL-STD 810, MIL-STD 461, DO-160 standards.
• Having experienced in configuration management (SVN), requirement management (DOORS) tools.
• Having experienced in systems engineering design and documentation processes and contents.
• Preferably having information about stabilization systems (gimbal), ins / gps devices and thermal cameras.
• Having strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English.

• Working as a system engineer in a mission-critical, high-performance, distributed, software-intensive aerial surveillance system project.
• Being responsible for system level requirement analysis, requirement management, system level design, system integration, system / software level testing activities,
• Supporting the activities of designing the architecture of the relevant subsystem, deriving the system requirements, providing the necessary input to the software and hardware teams and managing the interface in line with the top level requirements.
• Taking part in the selection of hardware components and performing subcontractor management activities on hardware and optical systems.
• Creating system design verification plans and test procedures, carrying out system design verification activities with the support of the relevant units.
• Carrying out interface development, control and documentation activities.
