Import Export Customer Representative

·         University / Bachelor's degree - Working in a multicultural, multilingual, global environment   

·         English language skills (plus 3rd language, i.e.; preferred French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Korean.) 

·         Self-motivated, very detailed-oriented, accountable, punctual, commitment to excellence, 

·         Excellent communication skills with confidence, clarity, and right focus 

·         Strong logical thinking, analytical skill, and problem solving skill

·         Good teamwork mentality to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships.

·         Collobarate with sales, operations and finance department,

·         Management of import-export processes of international moving-transportation operations.

·         Active communication with related parties regarding to company operations. (Multinational corporations, Consulates, Embassies and other diplomatic missions in Turkey)

·         Management of customer relations

·         In need, supervising of operation in work field

·         Experience in Microsoft Office,

·         Good understanding of CRM, ERP, as well BPM programs,

·         No military obligation for male candidates.

·         Responsible for taking incoming service inquiries from global customers, clients, partners around the world,

·         Good understanding of transportation operations,

·         Coordinating and tracking all inbound & outbound shipments

·         Responsibility on shipment delivery documents for domestic and international shipments

·         Overall responsible for controlling and implementing assigned export / import processes on household items documentations.
