Export Operation Responsible / New Graduated

We are one of the global manufacturer of instrument tranformers industry in Turkey. We are looking for an Export Operation Responsible working in Sales & Marketig Department with the following qualifications for our plant located in Istanbul / Sancaktepe. 

• Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Logistics or related fields. 

• Max.1 years work experience on Foreign Trade and Import&Export Operations or new graduated. 

• Good knowledge about Microsoft Office programs , 

• Good team player, strong communication skills, 

• Willing to take initiative and responsibility, 

• Must have excellent command both written and spoken English. 

• No military obligation for male candidates 

• Located in İstanbul Anatolian side. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Organizing and monitoring operational process related to export and transportation operations. 

• Arranging export customs process and transportation in line with production plan and logistic service 

• Following up the organization of customs clearance process working in coordination with customs agent 

• Preparing all neccessary documents to finalize export processes and follow up 

• Communicating with all parties responsible during whole export process 

• Conveying customer's documents and reports of transactions related to export. 

• Preparing the reports of transportation and customs operations related to foreign trade and present them to management.
