Minimum requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
• Sales experience between 3-5 years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills Chinese
• Experience of Autocad/Solidworks is a plus
• Experience of CRM is an advantage
• Experience in Energy field is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Very good analytical thinking, result-oriented, planning & reporting capabilities
• Flexible for traveling
• Self-starter, work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, ability to exceed goals, has self-initiative
• For male candidates, military service should be completed
• Living in İstanbul

Responsibilities  

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities

• Evaluates competitors’ products and selling/market strategy.

• Conducts industry or technology research to identify trends.

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions

• Assuming full responsibility for the coordination and implementation of all sales activities for a wide range of ESKA products

• Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction

• Handling acquisition of new customers  

• Realizing customer visits to follow up and accomplish successful deal closure with the existing and new clients

• Understand competition threats within the region and develop tactics to assure that ESKA strengths are used to grow sales.
