Here at Este Future we currently have an exciting job position for an ambitious and qualified Sales Team Leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating sales representatives on a daily basis and you will enjoy great commission schemes, uncapped earnings and a friendly and informal office environment.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. 

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Job Purpose :

You will lead, develop and coach a team of sales representatives (medical consultants) to their optimum performance levels. A key component of this role will be to energize the team to their full potential by providing coaching and daily feedback. The role is about sharing skills and capabilities whilst leading others and valuing each individual’s strengths and development opportunities. You will be responsible for building the sales success of this core unit and ensuring that workflow efficiencies are implemented. This customer focused role will lead the team to achieve increased sales and deliver to customer expectations. 

Regular reporting on performance will be a requirement of this role. 

You will work closely with the Sales Manager and will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and will serve as the top-level contact for agents. 

Responsibilities:

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  
• Set clear team goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  
• Managing the team and ensure all customers are contacted regularly and spoken to in a professional manner
  
• Managing activity including call rates and ensuring the CRM is kept up-to-date
  
• Discover training needs and provide coaching to increase capability of the Sales Consultants in the following areas:
  

             - Call handling

             - Overcoming Objections to Sales

             - Up and cross sell a wide range of goods and services

             - Securing the customer commitment

             - Effective negotiating and problem solving

• Manage the team to ensure a high level of work ethics and professionalism are displayed
  
• Motivate team members.
  
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  
• Suggest and organize team building activities
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven work experience (minimum 1 year) as a team leader or supervisor (in Hair Transplant and Plastic Surgery desirable) 
  
• English and arabic languages are a must.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's)
  
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  
• Experience in using ZOHO CRM will be a plus
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to perform under pressure
