And now we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist  to become even better!

About the job

• Provide trusted and expert advice on a range of HR matters such as recruitment, talent acquisition, reward, employee relations, performance, organisation development, learning and development,
  
• Delivery of all HR services,
  
• Partner closely with hiring managers to drive talent management especially in talent acquisition,
  
• Apply HR expertise and commercial understanding 
  
• Drive HR functional excellence and process improvement

• Bachelor degree for related areas,
  
• Minimum 4 years’ experience operating in an HR Generalist, 
  
• Fluent in English,
  
• Deep and broad HR knowledge,
  
• Background in recruitment in a previous role,
  
• Proven expertise and experience serving in a consultative capacity to management team,
  
• Payroll experience of a having managed parts of the payroll process in a previous role,
  
• Confident and capable in evolving current policies to be more in line with legislation changes or company changes,
  
• Planning and managing projects within HR department.
