Estevien Clinic is a renowned health tourism company that provides world-class cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, and dental treatment services to international customers. Our company is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Planning Department Manager to join our team.

As the Planning Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing the transportation provided by the company to our clients, as well as guiding the drivers team and helping them make the best decisions based on their current situations. Additionally, you will be responsible for making hotel reservations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the transportation provided by the company to our clients, including organizing pick-ups and drop-offs, managing the drivers' schedules, and ensuring that our clients arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
• Guide the drivers team and help them make the best decisions based on their current situations, including changes in weather, road conditions, and traffic congestion.
• Make hotel reservations for our clients and ensure that their accommodation is up to our high standards.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that our clients' needs are met throughout their stay with us.
• Keep accurate records of transportation and hotel bookings.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer and MS Office skills.
