· Graduated from Industrial Engineering departments of prominent universities.
· Minimum 3 years of business experience in process analysis role in HR departments
· Experienced in norm headcount needs analysis, job evaluation, labor capacity analysis and job description analysis
· In depth knowledge and experience about writing job definitions, SOP, procedures and workflows.
· Able to work collaboratively with business units, IT and other units of HR.
· Have strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills
· Fluent in English
· No barrier for frequent travelling
· No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
The person will report to HR Manager responsible for Organizational Development.· S/he will analysis headcount structure of organization, measure workload of departments, analyzes workflow of business units.· The person will write job descriptions, SOPs and procedures and will prepare labor capacity utilization reports· S/he will define norm head counts of each department. · The person will analyze overtime working hours, organizational backup structure, project-based and part-time headcount needsWe thank all applicants for their interest and effort in applying for the position; however, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
