Our client is a prominent mining company  and has mine sites  both in Turkey and abroad with 4.500 employees.

THE PROFILE

• University degree preferably from Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering department from prominent universities, preferably having master degree in HR Management,

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with Recrutiment, Employee Experience & Talent Management and  prferably last 2-3 years spent as HR Business Partnering roles.

• Track record of crafting and delivering innovative experiences and journeys that had successful outcomes.

• Understanding of Reward, Recruitment, Performance Management and other Core HR processes

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills

• Agile & proactive mindset

• Team player and relationships builder

• Result oriented, good analytical approach and ability to take ownership of duties

• Able to build trust realtions with Business Units and deliver value addes HR Services 

• Ability to adapt to changing environment and to work in fast paced environment

• Expert on MS Office applications,

• Male candidates should have completed their military services,

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Reporting  to  HR Manager; the person will take active role in recruitment, training & development, performance management, headcount budget, organizational development and employee engagement processes.

The position will deliver to leadership to two HR Specialists as subordinate.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Speak, read and write English fluently

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Our client's office is located in Maltepe. They are working with hybrid mode means 2 days from home and 3 days from office with flexible time planning.
