Our client is global corporation in mining sector. We are looking for high calibre executive as “Occupational Health  and Safety Manager” candidates for our client whose qualifications are mentioned below.
 

• Engineering degree (Mining, Gelological,Environment,Mechanical)
• A minimum of 10 years of OH&S experience in Mine /Oil & Gas/Energy/Construction at related positions
• Have  A class  or minimum B class Occupational Health and Safety Certificate from Ministry of Labour
• Competent in Risk Management, Contractor Management and Audit/Assurance
• Effective interpersonal, leadership and coordination skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Must be familiar with standard  Microsoft office software
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Ability to influence and train others in OH&S programs
• Ability to work  at field conditions as well as office environment
• Good Command of English

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to General Manager  and the incumbent will ::

• Develop and maintain the Project/Construction / Operation   OH&S  Management Sytems  and Plans.
• Plan and monitoring  of  Zero Incident Culture within company and community
• Develop and Maintain OH&S Procedures and Instructions for all company activities
• Develop ,coordinate and Maintain Hazard  Identification and Risk Management Process  all company activities facilities.
• Provide  advisory services to the Line Managers  /supervisors  with assurance regarding  OH&S  performance, risks and delivery.
• Provide specialist input to specific technical and operational risk assessments
• Provide specialist input to Contractor prequalification, selection and onboarding/engagement activities .
• Develop and coordinate an appropriate risk based audit programme for the Project  and carry out OH&S Inspections and  follow up  all action items for implementation together with related parties.
• Support incident reporting and investigation activity within the Project /Construction/Operation Phase.
• Coordinate Road Safety Management Programs.
• Coordinate and develop OH&S related inhouse and external training activities.
• Develop and Maintain Emergency Planning Procedures and activities.
• Follow up and implement all related local legislations/regulations
