PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE

Our client is a truly international safety and security company operating in more than 30 countries with eight thousands of employees.  The company’s main focus is locks, door closers and access control. Now we are looking for an Area Sales Executive to our client.

·        Graduated from relevant departments of reputable university

·         At least 3-5 years of experience in construction materials sector and familiar with hardware stores channel.

·         Strong distributor and contractor network management experience is required

·         Commercial acumen with intense customer focus, essential

·         Ability to build and develop relationships to secure contract wins and identify sales opportunities

·         Good negotiating skills to achieve ‘win-win’ deals with the channel

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, essential

·         Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to problem solving

·         An understanding of the construction industry and able to read technical documents and projects are required

·         Ability to work individually/autonomously and part of a team

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·         Working knowledge of a CRM system or other database, desirable

·         Current valid driving license essential

·         Excellent level of speaking English is essential for this position

·         The position reports to Country Commercial Leader

·         Achieve sales objectives for projects in Marmara Region by planning, organizing and developing hardware store channel objectives for the construction material products
·        Following construction projects like city hospitals, tourism investments, residential and commercial plazas.

·         Generate new business through effective account development, prospecting and lead generation.

·         Acquisition of targeted new accounts that have linkage to vertical market penetration

·         Coordinate with business partners to create demand, develop and execute market strategy, and successfully develop partners' for company’s market share. Participate in joint sales calls and training with partners.

·         Generate and maintain targeted customer relationships, aligned to strategic direction of the revenue stream

·         Develop specification sales with targeted End User Organizations. Effective project tracking will be key to being successful

·         Effective sales planning & forecasting for nationwide ensure agreed sales figures are achieved and exceeded

·          Provide sales reports in a timely fashion to agreed formats

·         Operates in line with corporate guidelines policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance values of the company.
