THE GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWINGS:
Education:
• BS or MS in Computer, Management, Industrial, Mathematics Engineering or related fields
Experience / Technical Knowledge:
• 2 -5 years or more with CRM Domain or Billing or Middleware experience
• 2- 5 years or more Unix operating system and SQL / PLSQL DB system management experience
• Knowledge of hardware, network, application and database systems within the framework of his responsibility
• Siebel Domain, Kenan Domain or Tibco & OSM Domain knowledge, Telecom experience (Agile / Kanban and Version Management knowledge are preferred)
Language:
• Good command of written and spoken English

• An Ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly
• Available to work in flexible hours
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.
He/she will be responsible for:
• Managing CRM / BILLING / MIDDLEWARE systems of Vodafone applications
• Being responsible for ensuring and maintaining the compliance of relevant infrastructure with security and other standards (SOX, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Making infrastructure preparations for new projects and growths
• Proactiving prevention of interventions and operational incidents such as malfunctions and problems
• Being responsible for performing consultancy duties in the planning of new infrastructures
