QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• BS or MS in Computer, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mathematical Engineering or related fields 
• At least 8 years Quality Assurance experience, experince in foreign projects is a plus
• Having experience in leadership or management positions in large-scale projects
• Ability to construct test strategy, test architecture and test plan
• Knowledge of test and tool development methodology
• Knowledge of continuous delivery  
• Knowledge of telecomminications is a plus  
  
• Knowledge and experience in test automation and agile testing 
• No restrictions for travelling 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is must

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.

He/she will be responsible for:

• Construct a test strategy and a test framework via requirements.   
• Lead team to set their priorities and remove their roadblocks to make sure sufficient coverage is done for the release.  
• Create and support test dashboards/reports.   
• Manage QA coverage of multiple projects.   
• Plan manual and automated tests
