The general qualifications of this position include the followings ;
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience designing and delivering employee communications to a multi-site organization
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience in employee communications and communications strategies, techniques and practices
- Excellent influencing, leadership and communication skills
- A friendly and approachable attitude to the employees
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in order to coordinate various activities simultaneously.
- Flexibility of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint.
İŞ TANIMI
- Creation and execution of different effective projects aligned to ETIYA’s EVP, highlighting the company’s vision, mission and corporate values
- Execution of internal communication plans throughout the company
- Use employee feedback and data to drive improvements to communications initiatives
- Writing and editing clear and creative content both in Turkish and English
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to lead campaigns, including goals, messaging, and strategy
- Managing relations with the universities in order to attract the young talents and in order to increase the awareness of the company
- Content management for social media posts
- Preparation of company newsletter / bulletin quarterly
- Organization of different social activities such as happy hour, Women’s Day, Children’s Day, different corporate competitions etc.
- Participation in different social responsibility organisations.
