Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree,
• 4-5 years’ experience in a wide range of meetings and events, including but not limited to: high profile offsites; employee engagement initiatives, dealer meetings and incentive travel events and new online / hybrid formats that have evolved over the past year,
• Exceptional customer care skills combined with a “can do” mindset, Previous experience with supplier management, negotiating and contracts management,
• Experience in budget management, invoicing and data/finance reporting,
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills,
• High flexibility, ability to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment and under dead-lines,
• Highly creative mindset, passionate about unique and unforgettable experiences,
• Willingness to travel,
• Fluent in English (written and verbal),
• For male candidates completion of military service or minimum 2 years of postponed,
• Preferably living in İstanbul.

Job Description

• Exceptional all-round global scale events and communications skills, written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels,
  
• Communicating and negotiating with suppliers in terms of rates, conditions and contracts, budget management etc.,
• Organize, facilitate, and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.,
• Coordinating the travel arrangements for MICE movements including Itinerary planning, costing, ticketing and implementation of the travel arrangements,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Able to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders,
• Can work well under pressure, with conflicting priorities and changing deadlines,
• Uses fresh thinking and creative ideas to turn complex information into an engaging, relevant event for our audiences.
