Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field,
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst,
• Candidate must have obtained experience on finance and accounting such as, payment, payment methodologies, invoicing processes and related systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements, document and analyse requirements and propose possible solutions,
• Knowledge on PL/SQL Oracle, T-SQL MSSQL
• Experience in reporting tools such as, Tableu, Qlikview is preferable
• Thorough understanding of Software as well as Product Development Life Cycle,
• Familiarity with wireframing tools,
• Experience in facilitating effective interaction between the project team and the customer,
• Participation in planning, resolving disputes and risk evaluation,
• Verifying implemented products in accordance with the requirements,
• End-user product training,
• Experience in writing specifications and developing drafts of user interfaces,
• Requirement management during development cycle,
• Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies,
• Understanding and using the techniques for identifying requirements,
• Knowledge of business analysis and requirements management theory,
• Ability to convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English,

Job Description

• Learn the philosophies and practices of firm,
• Develop effective working relationships within the team and related department
• Translate the business / customer expectations and needs into detailed systems/ projects specifications,
• Conduct analysis of large sets of data with limited guidance,
• Analyze business processes and investigate areas for improvements and simplifications in-line with defined IT strategy and roadmap,
• Regularly update and prepare status reports of projects,
• Document and file related information according to standards and update existing documents when necessary.
