JOB DESCRIPTION

• As System Administrator / Business Analyst, you will work in coordination with the IT & CM team in Netherland.
• Take care of incidents, service requests and problems related to ECTR’s IT platforms and applications.
• Have admin role in ECTR’s IT platforms and applications.
• Participate in projects in the role as business analyst. For new developments, you will translate business needs into user requirements and functional designs (user stories, specifications)
• Evaluate business processes, business requirements and improvement areas.
• Perform detailed analysis of the business requirements.
• Measure and report the results/effects of developments.
• Prepare training documents, user manuals.
• Perform user acceptance tests.
• Make basic impact analysis of change requests.
• Work closely with internal customers, business partners, technicians, and management team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support and maintenance,
• 1-3 years of experience in IT business analysis,
• Basic IT skills and experience in a corporate environment,
• ITIL knowledge will be a plus,
• Strong communication skills,
• Team work,
• Fluent in English, written and verbally.
