Job Description

• Managing Windows server operating systems,
• Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO Etc.), Failover Cluster, Certification Authority, File Server, Print Server, Remote Desktop Services, Wsus, WDS
• Knowledge and deep experience on Microsoft Exchange Server
• Administering Vmware and Acropolis hypervisors.
• Managing Citrix VDI environment.
• Managing IP Communication Systems
• Managing disaster recovery site, controlling replications, implement regular tests.
• Manage disk/file backup operations.
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving capacity issues,
• Network management (switch, firewall, access point).
• Proactively addressing potential issues, that may impact system performances,
• Cooperation with other teams towards problem resolution/avoidance. There will be opportunities to participate in short and long-term projects around infrastructure improvement, upgrades and migrations.
• Follow security best practices to ensure integrity of information security procedures, systems, and policies.
• Provide support for the systems to be able to work in business continuity environment.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level help desk for the users.

• Answers to clients' questions about IT problems, and help meet their business needs through innovative IT solutions.

The Requirements For The Position Are: 

•   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electric and     Electronic Engineering (and similar).
  
  • 5+ years of experience as similar positions,
  • Experienced in Windows operating system / Windows Server installation, configuration and administration,
  • Experienced in management of Virtualization technologies (AHV, Vmware ESX),
  • Experience in Backup, Update, Restore and Recovery solutions(preferably Veeam),
  • Experience in networking TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS etc.
  • Experience in Firewall and Switch management.
  • Have problem solving approach and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
  • Passionate about new technologies with a real keen interest to learn and developing skills,
  • Able to speak English at least in professional level.
  • Strong Analytic skills, focus on problem determination,
  • Excellent team working balanced with independence in problem resolution,

Preferred Experience,

• • • Working experience in Firewall and Switch management,
    • Working experience in Citrix environment management,
    • Working experience in IP Communication Systems (preferably Avaya),
    • Knowledge of current hardware systems, and HCI Systems
    • Have MCSA/MCSE, CCNP/CCNA, VMware VCP / Citrix CCA certification / ITIL certifications;
    • Fast troubleshooting in complex IT network, fast network recovery experience.
    • Verbal and written English will be tested.
