Primary responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Working with the business stakeholders / product team / development leads to document user stories, acceptance criteria for review and approval
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Liaising with customers to understand the business requirements and translate them into functional/software requirement specification (FRS/SRS) documents
• Providing recommendations and insights on new enhancements and features leveraging knowledge of system and existing functionality
• Manage and groom product backlog in coordination with development team throughout software development lifecycle
• Preparing timely status reports and periodic updates to the stakeholders.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, development team, and managerial staff.
• Taking the lead on all user interface / user experience (UI/UX) initiatives by engaging with product owner and UX designers for mock-ups, stories, testing.
• Engaging/Supporting the Architects / Leads to outline workflows, data model requirements and relevant services.
• Presenting final requirements to developers
• Product or feature demonstration to client and capture the feedback, share with the team and track.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Acting as a product owner or software tester when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• BSc., MSc. or PhD. in Computer Science or a related area.
• 4+ years of experience working as a business analyst on software development projects.
• A good track of customer handling and support.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience on Agile software development processes, project management processes and concepts
• Using JIRA effectively
• Excellent documentation & presentation skills.
• Competency in Word, Excel, Power point and Mock-Up/Wireframe presentation tools.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management and prioritization skills.
• Great communication, collaboration skills and a strong teamwork ethic
• Strong foundation in English grammar and business writing

Preferred Qualifications:

• B2B / B2C E-Commerce and ERP solutions experience
• Software product management and/or testing experience
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Experience working with SQL data analysis/reporting tools (Power BI, Grafana, etc.)
• Having CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis), or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) certificates.
