University degree from Computer Engineering,Information Technology or related departments

Good command of written and spoken English,

At least 3-4 years of IT Operations / MS Server systems, Active directory, DNS, Network experience

Knowledge of Vmware Vcenter virtualization technologies

Having a good understanding of computer hardware, Microsoft user (W10) and server operating systems (server 2019) and MS Office, able to manage and configure Cisco switch / Palo Alto FW, have knowledge of MS Terminal server (RDS 2019)

Able to travel when required,

Able to work out of business hours when required.

To produce solutions on issues related to IT solutions

Determination and review of technical requirements of the departments

Provide support for network, LAN/WAN/Server /Network/VPN

Provide support in Help Desk
