We are currently looking for a “Business Manager” for Coating & Adhesive Resins

to join our team at Evonik Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in Tuzla, Istanbul / Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve targets within the Turkish territory
• Manage, prepare, implement and execute sales strategy and achieve volume and revenue target and develop customer relationships
• Negotiate business terms (with regard to) quantity, payments and conditions or delivery terms and conditions and handle complaints
• Visit customers frequently and enter visit reports into the CRM system
• Management of local distributors
• Market analysis by identifying market trends, new applications and competitive situation
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
• Organize and implement events, conferences, fair participations and other PR actions
• Reporting to the Business Director, Turkey

Experience Requirements/Qualifications:

• University studies in chemistry or chemical engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Effective communication skills and team spirit
• Very fluent in English & Turkish language, German would be a plus
• Good MS Office skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Valid driving licence
