QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Leads Performance & Career Management process designs for Turkey and International teamsFacilitates implementation of talent management and organization development initiatives.
  • Facilitates implementation of talent management and organization development initiatives.
  • Following up globally career and performance management systems execution.
  • Supporting projects to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyzing organizational structures, responsibilities, team work, business or operating procedures, and make recommendations.
  • Improving OD performance by implementing new policies, procedures, job supports, training, managerial practices, communication methods, and recruiting strategies.
  • Actively explore new ideas for related training topics and supports the development of the programs where needed.
  • Contributes to organization planning and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.


Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Departments.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience preferably in Organizational Development or Talent Management.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills and process and result oriented.
  • Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures.
  • Strong project management skills and desire to lead
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
  • A top communicator with an excellent ability to execute successful partnerships.
  • High motivation and energy levels.
  • Adaptable to hybrid working at least 2 days at office and 3 days remote.
