QUALIFICATIONS

·       Willingness to learn

·       University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering from a reputable university

·       Minimum 2-year experience in the field of Procurement

·       FMCG industry knowledge is preferred

·       Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English

·       Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills

·       Experience in SAP and would be an asset

·       Proactive and prone to team working

·       Experience of being in a position to use his/her own initiative

·       Analytical thinking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and energetic

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Responsible from Supplier Qualification and Performance Management, Selection, Bidding, Negotiation and Contracting activities for Direct Procurement tasks

·       Gathering requirements for global strategies and plans, and providing support for local implementation of global initiatives as requested e.g. providing market research, supply market analysis or supplier discovery in their sub-region

·       Perform continuous professional development activities relevant to their area and ensure training in processes and systems relevant to their position

·       Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers, tender for contracts.

·       Delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives

·       Responsible to make the contractual payment terms longerResponsible from periodical internal control activities 

·       Follow the delivery dates of ordered materials

·       Work closely with technical team and logistic suppliers to develop the best  strategies

·       Prepare and issue Purchase Orders for successful tenders/offers

·       Procures intercompany overseas logistic services,  whole inbound-outbound international sea/land/air transport services, inbound full/partial transport, warehousing, local haulage, value added services etc.

·       Evaluates and monitors supplier tendering processes, evaluation, negotiation. Supports preparing Request for Quotations (RFQs), Purchase Requisition (PR) and Bid Analysis Statement (BASs)
