QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a global organization with a structured applications of HR and currently looking for a HRBP who will drive all Employee Life Cycle processes such as Recruitment, Career Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Labor Law, Admin & Reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for respective location employees regarding all HR processes, systems and policies, 
  • Executing the recruitment process for the accounts under your responsibility and providing regular recruitment process reports on the systems and onboarding process, 
  • Being a champion in the application of Labor Law in reporting start and exit dates of new employees and work hours, overtime in our varied locations consisting of blue and white collar employees, 
  • Calculating progress payments for employees under our payroll and running the claim reports, 
  • Taking action in salary merit cycle period, professionally executing the salary approval process finalizing the implementation of approved amounts, 
  • Leading the required learnings in the locations of responsibility, making sure they are applied in the actions of employees, 
  • Working in line with the HSE team and taking responsibility of the required reportings and application of best practices in line with the HSE members, 
  • Providing support and governance to the business, ensuring business plans align with overall HR direction, policy and the business strategies, 
  • Taking ownership and developing work environment policies in line with the company strategy,
  • Ensuring Line Managers and employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions,
  • Taking part in HR projects as a project leader or project member and being involved in external company meetings with different parties, 
  • Ensuring performance and talent management systems to drive the achievement of business goals and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development,
  • Consulting employees about HR related topics to solve problems when it is necessary, 
  • Promoting and fostering a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coaching others to behave and make decisions in line with the company policies, 
  • Driving the creation and execution applications that attract, develop and retain employees to support the organizational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage and addressing opportunities and threats, 
  • Applying the required company procedures while terminating an employee’s process. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,,
  • 5+ years of HR experiences (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Labor Law), 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as a relationship builder, 
  • Proficient in Labor Law and legal applications, 
  • Excellent excel skills in calculations, 
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English is an asset, 
  • Previously line management experience, 
  • Managerial experience will be an asset, 
  • Proactive, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused and collaborative with high level of energy,
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic & multitasking working environment, 
  • Team player with strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills, 
  • Valid driving license, 
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
