• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles influencing financial aspects of a business, with minimum 5 years of experience in managing large financial teams,
• Experience in manufacturing industry with international operations and solid experience incash-flow is required,
• Member of the senior management team, including, policy making, cross business collaboration and strategic finance,
• Solid experience in IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, controlling, taxation and translating strategic vision into an operational model,
• Extensive experience of managing cash-flow and full spectrum of finance and accounting, including multi-currency consolidations,
• Highly motivated and proactive mindset with strong ability to see developing issues related to the business,
• Excellent communication skills in English is must.

• Defines the future of the company by providing financial perspective on innovation and profitable growth, improving risk-awareness, strategic decision making and performance management integration,
• Manages all financial operations; expected to play a leadership role and provide effective support in achieving the objective of the company,
• As vertical head of finance to spearhead the entire task of financial planning by preparation of financing plans/corporate plans considering the funding requirement,
• Oversees accounting, control, risk management and asset preservation, and ensuring compliance along with information quality and control realisation,
• Improves finance function’s efficiency and service levels/effectiveness, balancing cost and service levels in service delivery, defining and evolving finance’s operating model; and managing issues of talent and resources,
• Works as an agent for organisational change, establishing a business value mindset, aligning groups to evaluate and execute strategies, aiding other decision-makers and establishing accountability for results,
• Manages issues relating to the design of information technologies, risk-management systems, and forecasting in relation to treasury, taxation, strategic finance and planning,
• Simplifies, standardises and automates local and international operations’ finance processes; defines improvement goals to streamline these, achieving industry excellence in performance and business value delivered.
