-University Degree from reputable universities,
-Minimum 2-5 years of recruitment sector and/or IT or Engineering function experience
-Outgoing personality with an initiative taker approach,
-Excellent priority setting and time management skills,
-Fluent at a second language and proficiency in MS Office,
-Flexible, co-operative and team worker.
- Finding the right talent from the crowds, confirm with a face to face and /or phone meeting and matching with the right opportunity,
- Maintaining the candidate pool and giving them consultancy about their careers, cvs', opportunities, interviews etc.
