Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a “Customer Service Manager” for our leading global client operating in healthcare sector.

The position is based in Istanbul.  

Main accountabilities and responsibilities: 

• Improve costomer services' operational efficiency, 
• Manage,coach and motivate the team, 
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule the team’s activities to ensure product/service standards at highest quality, 
• Monitor the status of activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team, 
• Cooperate with sales, marketing, finance, supply and logistics departments , 
• Manage complaint handling. 

Requirements: 

• University degree, , 
• Fluency in English, 
• Experience of SAP R3 would be an asset, 
• Mİn 3 - 4 years of team management experience in Customer Service, 
• At least 5 - 6 years of work experience in customer service operations;order management, return policy and complaints handling) 
• Good communication, negotiation, analytical and organization skills, 
• Can work well under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently, • Customer driven.
