Finance And Accounting Manager

We are looking for Finance and Accounting Manager for one of the global companies for its Tuzla location.

The position will report to the CEO and collaborate with regional financial teams and local commercial teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field,
  
• Minimum 7 years of Accounting experience 
  
• Strong knowledge of General Accounting and Financal Statements,
  
• Good communication & problem solving skills,
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines,
  
• Good command of English both written and spoken is a must,
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides support to the General Manager, by researching, analysing and presenting financial information,
• Maintains ledgers and prepares necessary financial statements and tax returns. The role also involves maintaining computerised accounting records, to ensure that the department is run in accordance with company vision and values,
• Code/review all vendor invoices to appropriate general ledger account,
• Review all invoices for accuracy and ensure all necessary documentation is received,
• Co-ordinate all accounting functions and financial statements in a timely fashion,
• Handle all vendor enquiries concerning invoices and maintains the inventory costing process,
• Review/code all employee expense reimbursement,
• Monitor/reconcile corporate payment cards; ensure compliance with corporate expense policy,
• Process the bi-monthly check run and monitor capital spending and maintain the fixed assets system.
