QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for "Financial Controller" for one of the multinational clients' Bandırma location. 

This person will report to the Managing Director in Turkey and CFO in Italy. 


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Will be responsible for financial control, budget, forecasting, inventory account, financial result validations and analysis of reportings, 
  • Will be involved in consistent statutory reporting processes, procedures, developing and applying group policies. Thus ensuring capability to provide reporting leadership, best practice including insightful quantitative and qualitative analysis, 
  • Work closely with the Group finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters; support the finance local team by taking role into internal audit data collection, preparation and compliance with standard required by law or policies, 
  • Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure monthly financial statements accurated, Budget and forecast development and review, sales, market, competitor and SWOT analysis to help local business plan and actions, 
  • Cash flow analysis; profitability and product cost analysis, 
  • Transfer price documentations, inventory count, reconciliation with related documentation; input accounting data into the system with speed and accuracy; assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spread sheets, reports and correspondence as required. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering and other related fields, 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a comparable sized multinational company environment, Able to deal with external consultants on fiscal and accounting application, 
  • Excellent cross functional communications, 
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written, 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate financial data and its effects on operations, 
  • Advanced level of MS Office tools. (Excel mainly)
