We are looking for “Infrastructure and Operations Manager” for our leading client operating in manufacturing sector.
 
• Bachelor’s degree,
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role,
• Strong management, communication and planning skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Sets and manages the strategy and action plan of the Infrastructure & Operations team to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset aligned with overall IT strategic plans,
• Develops and controls the annual operating and capital expenditure budget for I&O,
• Leverages influencing and negotiation skills to enable cost-effective technology solutions,
• Participates in the assessment of infrastructure and client technology solutions and manages the procurement process,
• Serves on the IT management committee; drives the development of technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure I&O delivers value to company,
• Manages a team of network specialists, system specialists and service desk teams that are responsible for daily 7/24 manufacturing and commercial operations and end-user support,
• Supports all IT related audit related activies and related actions including ISO27001 standards,
• Responsible for a managed data center, WAN and LAN networks and cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure and Office 365,
• Ensures that cyber security systems are up to date and in line with company standards,
• Effectively manages 3rd party service providers and vendors and their related contracts.
