QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 Sigorta is one of the strongest and most reliable companies in the sector thanks to its experience of more than 60 years, its international power and its extensive professional agency network, which provides services in all insurance branches and thanks to its extensive residence capacity, financial power, looking for ' CRM BUSINESS ANALYST’ in the Head Office in İstanbul.

• B.Sc degree in Industrial / Computer Engineering or MIS or other relevant departments such as  science/technical/economy, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in the insurance sector,
• CRM background preferred,
• Excellent command in English,
• Eager to learn, communicate and solve problems.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage the relationship with the Business units to channel all their IT needs,
• Responsible for the Delivery of all IT Solutions and Services to Business,
• Enable Business value and align IT to business objectives,
• Represent the Business within the IT organization, guaranteeing the service provided by IT to Business,
• Liaise with the business units to shape and implement the demand management processes as well as the regular liaison / relationship management interactions,
• Analyse the feasibility of IT projects, defining functional solutions according to specifications, in order to ensure the provision of appropriate business support,
• Assist users, collecting the information required and acting accordingly.
• Prepare the documentation required to implement a project,
• Design IT solutions to respond to changes in existing or new systems,
• Creation of a test plan to verify that requirements and specifications are met,
• Participate in the process for estimating and planning a project,
• Assist clients in the implementation of business solutions,
• Maintain up-to-date, specific and/or specialist knowledge about the technical procedures, regulations, criteria, etc. within their remit, by attending training sessions and monitoring the main management and quality assurance indicators.

Manpower, Türkiye İş Kurumu’ndan 18.8.2016 tarihli ve 6 no’lu Özel İstihdam Bürosu izin belgesi ve 3.6.2017 tarihli Geçici İş İlişkisi Yetki Belgesi sahibidir.
