We are looking for a “Legal Advisor” for one of the multinational companies in İstanbul. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preparing, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all aspects of contracts and its terms. This includes mark-up of contracts and RFPs, commercial negotiations,
• Providing advice of corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance, data privacy, employment, litigation and other legal issues,
• Working with various business lines and functions including company’s finance, human resources, customer management and operation teams,
• Supporting the legal department of the Headquarter with regards to Turkish projects,
• Provide support in M&A,
• Leading DD (Due Diligence) Projects,
• Follow up all legislations and conduct all procedures before relevant authorities,
• Informing the managers on changes in legislation and their legal consequences,
• Following up and coordinating of the Company's external law firms,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Minimum 8 years’ legal experience preferably solid in-house counsel experience with a multi-national corporation or a combination of experience as private practice attorney and as an in-house counsel,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Ability to handle multiple deals/matters concurrently,
• Excellent drafting and negotiations skills,
• Ability to give advice with an eye as to the commercials of a matter,
• Able to work dynamic environment and to meet critical deadlines.
