Qualifications;
-University Degree from reputable universities,
-Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment sector and/or function experience like IT & Technology,
-Recruitment consultancy experience with a commercial responsibility is a plus,
-Excellent communicator and natural networker,
-Outgoing personality with an initiative taker approach,
-Excellent priority setting and time management skills,
-Fluent at a second language and proficiency in MS Office,
-Flexible, co-operative and team worker.

İŞ TANIMI

Brief Job Description ;
-Responsible for “IT & Technology Positions” service,
-Business & relationship development with existing and new clients and candidates,
-Managing and acquiring a portfolio of clients which you will manage their recruitment processes from A to Z as a consultant.
-Maintaining the candidate pool and giving them consultancy about their careers, cvs, opportunities, interviews..etc.
-Finding the right talent from the crowds, confirm with a face to face and /or phone meeting and matching with the right opportunity.
