We are looking for an experienced “SAP Specialist” the following qualifications for our leading client operating in automotive sector.  Working location: Kocaeli.

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduates from related departments of Turkey's leading universities (Computer Engineering, Industry Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Management Information Systems),
• 1-2 years of SAP work experience or internship is preferred,
• Knowledge, strong interest & passion for SAP technologies,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable working environment,
• The results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and navigate through ambiguity,
• Good analytical and organizational skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills, incl. good communication with the ability to articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams,
• SAP Certifications preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with business users, systems analysts, and development teams in defining, analyzing, and interpreting business and technical SAP requirements,
• Play a key role in aligning the needs of business with the capabilities delivered by IT,
• Analyze and synthesize information provided by a large number of people that interact with the business and IT,
• Provides support and procedure guidelines to client and systems areas through documentation,
• Clarifies the business rationale of a solution concept, surfaces potential impacts of the solution on stakeholders, and clearly articulates the role of technology in terms easily understood by business constituencies.
