QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Global client is looking for a 'Head of End User Sales' for their growing organization.


The position reports to Country Manager Turkey.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies, sales plans, and sales support activities plans (for the Local Division) including sales targets, margin and incentive targets, customer visit plans, training plans (Salespersons), resources plans, revenue, customer communication, and events plan.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Market Communication, and Technical Advisor
  • Lead and motivate End User Sales team to drive sales of services and service products portfolio as well as end-user decisions to specify Accelleron's Turbochargers for their new building projects to capture full market potential.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers at all levels, explore new business opportunities, and generate a newly installed base, or market share by influencing through key decision processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Business Division rules and guidelines such as Circular Letters and Compliance.
  • Monitor and verify major customer complaints, and claims and coordinate with other functions to develop solutions. Support the definition/implementation of corrective actions.
  • Select, establish, and lead the Sales team (of Local Division, allocate budget to End User Sales Representatives, and set guidelines & policies for End User Sales Representatives, including a reward system (where applicable) for motivating a Sales team.



Job Descriptions

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree (Marine mechanical engineering is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales of spare parts of industrial equipment.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in people management/team leader.
  • Able to use advanced level of English knowledge actively in written and verbal,
  • Highly organized to meet deadlines and follow up,
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
