• Minimum 8 years of Trade Marketing Management experience in consumer goods,
• Extensive understanding and analysing of market and industry trends,
• Demonstrable commercial acumen and deep understanding of consumer goods industry,
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and multi-stakeholder management skills,
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English is a must,
• Advanced usage of Office Programs,
• Open to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the trade marketing activities across the different channels and countries of the HUB, in line with the Corporate Trade Marketing strategy,
• Is the contact point between HQ Trade Marketing department and local sales teams to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives,
• Ensures that the local market feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting RDs, customers and stores,
• Is responsible to figure out, implement and track local commercial strategy (promo strategy, assortment and shelving strategy, price strategy) in line with guidance's received by Central Trade Marketing and capturing feedbacks coming from local Sales team (Hub Leader and KAMs)
• Is responsible for Sales fundamentals analysis and follow up (distribution promotions prices); for Shipments analysis and follow up (by channel, branch, customer etc.) and will be responsible of launch tracking and follow-up case of product and commercial initiatives,
• Collaborates with sales team to manage financial and demand forecast process; Leads proposal of commercial initiatives and tailored plans by customer to Central Trade Marketing.
