JOB PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity exists for the finest Brand Curator to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys” to deliver a “Michelin-starred” retail guest experience. Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group`s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of four ships (currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.

Key Accountabilities

• Curate a unique, finely-detailed, personalized retail guest experience, ensuring everlasting standout memories.
• Personify brand ambassador excellence, build trust and display empathy at every interaction.
• Confidently assume stewardship of the end-to-end retail operation of your assigned area and brands.
• Achieve consistent standards of excellence in all retail operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to foster professional relationships with clients, build & retain trust.
• Confidence & eloquence presenting in both intimate and public settings.
• Proven flair for visual merchandising and creating suitable ambient settings
• Proven experience within luxury / premium hospitality or onboard environment.
• Previous experience in luxury / premium retail, curator-or- lecturer-class roles could be an advantage.
• Proficient in English. Any additional languages, particularly European languages is considered an advantage.
