 A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below; 

Main Tasks: 

 • Lead relevant UX activities including persona development; user flow creation and documentation, wireframes, journey map design and analysis, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and interaction testing & feedback,

• Establish best practices and develop a corporate process, standard and governance around UX, • Strong visual and UX design skills from low fidelity to high fidelity detail down to the pixel, 

• Designing screen layouts, interaction flows, mockups/prototypes, 

• Identifying and solving usability and UI design problems, 

• Driving and tracking adoption of usability test and enhancement, 

• Defining and documenting UI standards and guidelines, 

• Must be able to work and collaborate closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Developers, 

• Must be able to multi-task, working on multiple projects, 

• Stay on top of user/customer experience trends and best practices across interaction types (web, mobile), 

• Experience with Agile methodologies. 

Qualifications: 

• Able to create complex UI using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript that works on multiple interfaces and environment, 

• First-hand knowledge of user-centered design principles, and UX design practices and methodologies, 

• Strong sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility, 

• Experience with web libraries and frameworks such as Angular, Ionic, Bootstrap, jQuery, or Ember, and CSS preprocessing frameworks (such as Sass or Less), 

• Good Experience in WordPress, and Joomla, 

• Ability to work as part of a team - both in the context of the Development team, as well as with the greater organization as a whole, 

• Self-motivated and work well under pressure.
