Key Responsibilities 

• Work directly with Partners Managers group, attend PM meetings 
• Provide reports to business leaders and follow daily/weekly/operational tasks 
•  Prepare, review, consolidate and report advisory budget and quarterly forecasts 
•  Support Operational Excellence Director and Business Development Leader and involve in proposals and all required business development reporting processes 
• Prepare, plan actual analysis providing the related data by following the business actions and its impacts on the financials 
• Ensure that collection information delivered daily, follow up billings report and follow up of time sheet reports delivered on weekly basis. 
• Prepare interaction related reports and follow related regulations 
• Follow up Account Receivables and Net Unbilled Inventory in cooperation with each engagement manager and inform related Partners 
• Prepare the direct and indirect Budget of Advisory Department and control it regularly 
• Prepare revenue reporting

Qualifications

• Bacholar degree in in Finance or Economics, master is a plus 
• At least 4 years of experience, working in a similar role; 
• Analytical, accurate and strong data-gathering skills; 
• Able to adapt quickly to changes and handle multiple projects concurrently; 
• Professional approach and oriented to quality improvement; 
• Very good Microsoft Office programs skills, finance tools are plus 
• Fluent in English.
