We are looking for 'Lawyer” to join our EY Tax Controversy Department in Izmir with the following qualifications;

•          University degree in law from a reputable Turkish University or from a Foreign University duly accepted in Turkey
•          Strong corporate know-how in Tax Law, Turkish Commercial Code, Code of Obligations, Labor Law
•          Minimum 3 years of full-time experience at a company as an inhouse lawyer or as a law firm lawyer dedicated for companies for corporate and compliance matters.
•          Experience regarding the Corporate Secretarial Services and knowledge and experience in writing, reviewing and executing contracts
•          Solid legal notion and strong verbal and written skills in both Turkish and English (IELTS or TOEFL result is preferable)
•          Excellent command of computer skills
•          Business knowledge with a strong focus on client management
•          Excellent team management, Can-do attitude, coordination skills and ability to work with strict deadlines
•          Male candidates should have completed their military service or at least 2 years postponement of military obligation

Selected candidates will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to foreign investors and local firms in all aspects of Tax Law and Commercial Law.
